Refund Policy

RETURN OF GOODS

1.1 Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the buyer has the right to return the goods ordered and found not to meet expectations by communicating it to Manelli International Srl within 14 days of receipt of the same.

 1.2 Manelli International Srl will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in original packaging, accompanied by the relative invoice.

1.3 In the event that the returns have been made in accordance with the above, Manelli International Srl will refund the price of the returned goods and the related shipping costs invoiced, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return. The transport costs for returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
